Favorite ad....
So most recently my favorite advertisement on television is the M&M’s “sexy and I know it” commercial that played during this years superbowl. The ad starts off with a brown female M&M with glasses who appears to be at a party telling a story to two women. Two men standing near start giggling at them and she asks what they’re laughing at and the women tell her that they think she is naked because her “shell” is brown. At about the same time a green M&M walks into the party and says “I didn’t know it was that kind of party” and takes his “shell” off. He then begins to dance to the group LMFAO’s hit song “Sexy and I know it.” I enjoy this commercial because of the humor in it. Ive always found good humor in the M&M commercials when they began animating giving the M&M’s personalities. I think they probably were gearing this advertisement at a crowd of 18-30 year olds because of the music selection, the type of party they were at, and the general environment of the ad.
